Fencing Built for a Dense, Busy Neighborhood
Density is the defining trait of Vickery Meadow, and it shapes every fence decision.
Lots run tight. Homes near Park Lane and off Ridgecrest often share property lines with a neighbor on both sides, and there's not much room to spare. That means the fence line has to land exactly right — a few inches over the line turns into a dispute or a rebuild. We check your plat and existing markers before we dig, and if a line is shared or unclear, we flag it before setting a single post.
Traffic is the other factor. With Northwest Highway, Park Lane, and the roads feeding NorthPark carrying steady traffic, fences here take more abuse than they would on a quiet cul-de-sac. Road grime, wind, and the odd bump all add up. A big-box wood panel on a wood post starts leaning fast under that load. Our steel-post construction doesn't.
- Steel posts set in concrete on every job — the fence stays plumb for the long haul
- Tight-lot layouts done right, with the line confirmed before we build
- Materials chosen to survive a high-traffic corridor, not a catalog photo
